The upholstery is in pretty sad shape. It appears that the seats had been recovered at one time, and that will have to be done again. But the springs and such for both front seats and the rear occasional seat appear to be in decent shape. All important hardware seems to be present as well. In fairly good shape are the door and rear side panels. Hopefully they will clean up and not require replacement.
