Start by clicking
file - publish web
Then
click browse (nothing to type in yet)

Open
dropdown list and click on add/modify FTP Locations

Fill in
your data, need to get it from your ISP. I don't need to tell it my
directory path, my ISP does it automatically once it recognizes my login.
But, you
may need to specify a path (I did with my old ISP), so you may need to
ask. Or, just try it without, it might work. 8^)

That
should be it... you're in business! 8^)
