SP: Increment Select Page
This is where each increment or note can independently set to two modes: ALTERNATE or NORMAL pitch select, and ON or OFF (muted). This selection is actually made on the CONTROLS page and implemented automatically here on the Increment Select page. The only reason one would visit this page would be to set a collection of decisions made on the CONTROLS page to a preset here.
